Arrow Order is an offline puzzle game with no accounts. Your progress, hearts, hints and settings are stored only on your device. We use Google services for anonymous usage statistics, crash reports, remote settings, ads and in-app purchases, as described below.

Level progress, stars, scores, hearts, hint balance, the game in progress and your settings are saved in the app's private storage. We do not receive this data. If Android backup is enabled on your device, Android may include this game data in your personal Google backup so it can be restored on a new phone.

We never receive your name, email address, contacts, photos or payment details. Google processes the data above under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Gameplay and purchases: performance of our agreement with you. Personalised ads: your consent, collected through the consent form where required. Analytics and crash reporting: our legitimate interest in improving the game (you can object by turning them off in Settings).
Game data stays on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Analytics event data is kept for up to 2 months. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days. Advertising and purchase data are kept by Google according to its policies.
There are no user accounts, so there is no account to delete. Purchases stay linked to your Google Play account and can be restored after reinstalling.
Arrow Order is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Google may process the service data above outside your country, protected by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data sent to Google services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Purchase signatures from Google Play are verified in the app.
We will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
